2022 – week 17
Upside down = instead of announcing what we plan to do
(& most often find out we do not need to do), we relate what we really did
Building communities of trust is fundamental
to healing our collective wound.
At Plukrijp, we offer spaces of transparency and solidarity.
The community allows people to encounter each other
in truth and so develop trust.
We do the garden for YOU
Plukrijp functions on your frequent visits & harvests. Take along for friends & neighbours, this way we recreate real networks between us all, breaking down the illusory restrictions that now still separate many of us from our fellow man = UBUNTU.
The updated list of vegetables & fruit that can be harvested this week is available on our website under the heading “Current Harvest” : https://plukrijp.be/en/op-dit-moment-te-oogsten
This week @ Plukrijp
Many of you know that Frank has been suffering from cancer since April 2018. In our desire to live openly and authentically, I share with you that he entered the palliative care phase this week.
It’s an intense process for Frank and me to embrace death and let go of the one we love so deeply. We appreciate all its raw beauty. We thank the Universe for opening up a space for intense exchanges in the depths of our beings.
We are very grateful to those who accompany and support us in this time of transition.
“I’m another you” was Frank’s big motto. I made a commitment to continue Frank’s life work by keeping Plukrijp going. It will definitely be a different Plukrijp. My wish is that this bountiful garden may continue to inspire those who are ripe to begin the real Work on themselves with others.
Bram agreed to make his coffin out of recycled pallet wood. It is Frank’s wish that his passing be a continuation of his life.
We weeded the closed tunnels and created supports for the tomatoes (prunning them as well), paprikas, cucumbers, melons, peas and the beans to grow upward more easily.
We made our first snails/slugs hunt of the year, cauliflowers and salads under threat!
We scratched the open tunnels.
We cleaned the sprouts of potatoes and Jerusalem artichoke that were coming between the pumpkins at Hei.
We scratched and planted the butternuts between the berries at Hei.
We cleaned the pathways at the food forest.
We weeded the long low beds at Hei.
We repaired the faucets in the bathroom of the Plukrijp house.
We repaired europallets for Biofresh.
What the Bleep Down the Rabbit Hole
Following the release of What the BLEEP Do We Know!?, The filmmakers were besieged by requests for more: More information, more science, more applications to their personal lives. August 1, 2006 marks the response to these requests with the release of What the BLEEP – Down the Rabbit Hole.
Six Feet Under
Six Feet Under contains great teaching material regarding transactional analysis from Eric Berne. Every evening, we watch an episode and analyze it together. This allows us to more easily recognize the games we play on a personal and interpersonal level.
Transactional analysis (T.A.) is an indispensable tool for any group of people wishing to live together in harmony, creativity and responsibility (including couples).
Six Feet Under is an American drama television series created and produced by Alan Ball spanning 63 episodes across five seasons. It depicts the lives of the Fisher family, who run a funeral home in Los Angeles, along with their friends and lovers.
Six Feet Under received widespread critical acclaim, particularly for its writing and acting. The series won numerous awards, including nine Emmy Awards, three Screen Actors Guild Awards, three Golden Globe Awards, and a Peabody Award.

The Tibetan Book of the Dead – A Way of Life (1994)
Death is real, it comes without warning and it cannot be escaped. An ancient source of strength and guidance, The Tibetan Book of the Dead remains an essential teaching in the Buddhist cultures of the Himalayas. Narrated by Leonard Cohen, this enlightening two-part series explores the sacred text and boldly visualizes the afterlife according to its profound wisdom.
A Way of Life reveals the history of The Tibetan Book of the Dead and examines its traditional use in northern India, as well as its acceptance in Western hospices. Shot over a four-month period, the film contains footage of the rites and liturgies for a deceased Ladakhi elder and includes an interview with the Dalai Lama, who shares his views on the book’s meaning and importance.
The Great Liberation follows an old lama and his novice monk as they guide a Himalayan villager into the afterlife using readings from The Tibetan Book of the Dead. The soul’s 49-day journey towards rebirth is envisioned through actual photography of rarely seen Buddhist rituals, interwoven with groundbreaking animation by internationally acclaimed filmmaker Ishu Patel.
A Life of Meaning – A Green Renaissance Production
Are you living your light? Not your life, but your light?
I’m talking about that spark inside that ignites you with passion and purpose. That’s your light. Everyone is born with their own inner light. Yet so many of us are disconnected from that thing that really lights up our relationships, careers, health, and life. What covers up that light is all the fears, negative thoughts and past baggage. Our energy becomes dense and heavy as we walk around carrying the weight of the world.
But our light is always there, and it’s available for us to access at any time. Once we recognise that, we can start to let go of those fears that are holding us back. And we will once again be reconnected to a path filled with purpose and passion. It’s time to start living your light.
What can living in one place for 60,000 years teach a people? Walking with Aboriginal people in the far North-West of Australia has given me some idea…
Knowledge didn’t originate with individuals,
and the concept of mind was irrelevant.
Knowledge was on the outside;
it was held in ‘living Country’.
And humans had to get together to animate this knowledge.
Reading the Country explores the meaning and politics of place (Roebuck Plains) through Aboriginal narratives, songs, conversations, photographs and paintings, together with European historical, geographic and geological knowledge; linked by a series of explanatory, exploratory and analytical essays on history, anthropology, critical theory and painting; interview with Peter Yu, NAC representative.
Wanting a positive experience
is a negative experience;
accepting a negative experience
is a positive experience.

We Came Here To Shine Light Into Darkness
ANSWERING THE CALL by Bernhard Guenther (veilofreality.com)
We cannot wake up others through forceful conversion, nor can we give “truth” when it is not sincerely requested by another for it would be a violation of free will. Everyone needs to wake up in their own way even if it includes severe suffering.
Blind revolutionary impulses (i.e., truth-seeking without grounding in sincere self-work) will transform a person into that which they had sought to fight against: the trap of the reactionary mind, which is only focused on the outside world of our third-dimensional reality, locked in a vain struggle against the shadows projected onto the cave wall.
The path of the wanderer, renegade, or spiritual warrior (all of whom, in their own ways, are dedicated to bringing genuine light into our world by making the darkness conscious) is far from an easy road to travel – there are many traps, temptations, and distractions that can steer us away from what we are here to accomplish.
It is also important to keep in mind that not everyone is suited for this truth-seeking path (nor is it their calling in life), hence we need to remain “wise as serpents and gentle as doves” (as the esoteric axiom states) whilst standing firm in giving the lie what it deserves: the truth.
And this stance entails calling a spade a spade at times, and not allowing our “make nice” societal conditioning to dampen our inner voice and accumulated knowing.
In the end, when it comes to those who have answered the call, it’s vital to remember that we’re all in this together. We’re all teachers and students alike, but we also have different lessons to learn and possess knowledge that we integrate on an individual basis.
We need to assist each other in this Time of Transition whilst doing the best we can to move from a ‘Service to Self’ to ‘Service to Others’ frequency, creating community bonds, and surrounding ourselves with like-minded people based on Sincerity and Integrity.
On the path towards awakening and seeking truth, family members and long-time friends may fade from the picture in order to make room for new people to enter the frame who will encourage your evolutionary growth. This is a normal part of the process; as we change from within, the outer world we inhabit changes as well.
It can get lonely at times (and painfully confusing on many occasions), but there are subtle energies and divine forces all around which assist and uplift us in the choices we make, even if we can’t see (nor communicate with) them. After all, the truth WILL set us free, even if the process is a challenging journey to make.
Whatever happens (whether in the world-at-large or in our individual lives), we must be careful to avoid getting stuck in a frequency of fear – of negative emotions (without spiritually bypassing them) – for that mindset is what these hyperdimensional overlords would like to continue perpetuating upon the inhabits of Earth, deploying all kinds of deceptions and thought-control techniques so as to keep us disconnected from our true Self and holistic Knowledge – from transcendent Love and universal Understanding.
Our path to (Self-)Knowledge, Truth, and our Divinity is the biggest threat to the tyrannical rule of those who seek to control humanity in order to satiate their own scarcity-consciousness cravings.
Thus, it’s important to remind yourself to drop any expectations that taking up this path will be a smooth ride (in any respect). The centrality of pursuing sincere self-work and gaining knowledge (in order to vibrate on a higher frequency of TRUE Love in this time and age of transition) is so very obvious and self-evident when looking at the state of the world from an expanded vision of awareness.
We are in the midst of spiritual upheaval in service to Remembrance, and the battle to reclaim our birthright is being fought through the portal of our human experience.
