A questionnaire about your stay at Plukrijp
English version
Should take around 10 – 30 min. to finish
Brief introduction: My name is Martin Malec and I am preparing a case study of Plukrijp as part of my Graduate thesis in Psychology and Sustainability. I do mostly in-depth interviews with people at Plukrijp and former visitors targeted at the informal education process that occurs at Plukrijp. I would like to obtain also some screening data about more of its former visitors from a questionnaire. I thank you in advance for your participation in it. You can also ask for an interview if you wish. You will find more information including contact to me in the bottom of the questionnaire.
If possible, prefer using this Google Form that contains the same questions. Thanks!

More information about me and the research
My name is Martin Malec and I am now spending my time for the third time at Plukrijp permaculture community. Currently I am in the process of building up a case study of Plukrijp and its people as a part of my Graduate (Master) thesis in psychology and sustainability at Masaryk University, Brno, Czech Republic. I believe that the values and philosophy behind Plukrijp may serve a great utility for the humanity of the 21st century and my aim is to describe it a little bit and spread these ideas and vision to the academic/scientific community .
I am interested in finding out what are the pro-environmental values and attitudes (nature conservation, position of man in the natural world etc.) and actual behaviour of people like you visiting Plukrijp when they decide to arrive there and what change occurs at the time they are leaving the place.
The research consists mainly of a long-term participatory observation on situ, myself being a regular member of the community, and of in-depth interviews with current visitors and those that were staying there some time in the past.
This questionnaire is a complementary tool that should help me to optimally structure the interviews so that the results of the study describe correctly the values, attitudes and actions of people visiting Plukrijp. I thank you in advance for helping me in finishing this project.
I guarantee that no personally identifiable data will be included in the published paper. You agree by filling the questionnaire below to use the anonymized data in the thesis and academic papers that will be available to the public.
The thesis will be finished in May 2013. It will be published in English and you can ask for an electronic copy by writing me on an email martin.malec-at-email-dot-cz . I will conduct the interviews directly at Plukrijp from now till the end of March. You are encouraged to visit Plukrijp personally, ask me to arrive to your place or ask for a Skype-assisted interview during that period.
